At Bravarija Ivanić, the BYSTRONIC BYSPRINT 3015 laser cutter enables precise and fast cutting of steel sheets and other materials. This machine combines top speed and accuracy, allowing us to process sheets of all thicknesses, including complex shapes. Tube Laser Cutting Machine

For laser cutting of tubes, we use the BODOR machine, which ensures exceptional precision and clean cuts. This machine is ideal for processing tubes of various diameters and thicknesses, and is adaptable for projects requiring flexibility. Sheet Metal Punching Machine

Our FINN-POWER E5-U 3 machine enables fast and precise sheet metal punching. Thanks to advanced technologies, we achieve excellent results in punching and shaping sheets, reducing production time while maintaining high quality standards. CNC Milling and Turning Machines

At Bravarija Ivanić, we use advanced CNC machines to ensure precise and efficient metal processing:

  • The HURCO VMX 60 allows milling of complex and large components with high accuracy, providing flexibility for demanding projects.
  • The HURCO VMX 30 is ideal for smaller and medium parts, offering versatility in processing various materials and precision for quick results.

Inquiry Submission

The process begins when a customer submits an inquiry through our website or email. All inquiries are entered into our ERP system.

Proposal Creation

Based on your inquiry, we create a customized proposal and send it via email. Our team ensures that the proposal meets your needs and requirements.

3.

Proposal Acceptance and Order

Once you accept the proposal, you send us a purchase order. Upon receipt, we confirm the order in our ERP system and send a confirmation back via email.

4.

Preparation for Production

After order confirmation, we generate a work order and technical documentation for production. Simultaneously, we order all necessary materials and assembly parts.

5.

Production Start

Once the materials arrive, we begin production. During each stage of production, detailed inspections are conducted to ensure quality according to the technical documentation.

6.

Final Inspection

Upon completion, we perform a final inspection to ensure that each product fully meets the specifications outlined in the technical documentation.

7.

Delivery Preparation

After the product passes inspection, we prepare the delivery documents. We create a shipping note in the ERP system to track the goods during delivery.

8.

Delivery and Invoice

Upon delivery of the goods, we provide an invoice that was previously generated in our ERP system.
